8 terraced house development on a complex site
Zoning changes under the Unitary Plan have allowed development of this under-utilised site to provide eight new generously sized terraced homes in a fantastic central location. This was an extremely tight site and required us to work closely with the client and Planner to maximise the site potential and deliver layouts which work well and are flexible in layout to suit the needs of multiple buyer groups.
